Refund Policy
We believe in the complete satisfaction of our valued customers. We give our best effort to ensure that you get the best service from us. As some of our services are customized and many times the results are seen after few months.
We regret any kind of inconvenience to you or for delay in service because of any fault on our part. If such a thing happens, you are free to lodge a complaint with our customer care center. We assure you that your complaint will be dealt with immediate priority and the best possible course of action will be followed to resolve any kind of problem.
We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
You will get refund as per the following regulations.
- If the business agreement needs to be cancelled: if so happens the agreement need to be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the date of delivery. In this circumstance we ensure full refund of the order amount.
- Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage.
- If you are not pleased with the quality of our service , we will either extend the service with other service of equal value or provide you full refund. The only condition being that the complaint about quality should be authentic and not fabricated.
- All refunds will be at the discretion of the management of our company.
